From Nicklaus Counseling Center, S.C. to Finch in a Fern: Where Dreams Take Root and Wings Take Flight
Do you remember the dreams of your youth?
In early spring 2024, inspired by Jami Kern Lima's book Worthy, I began a transformative "Worthy Journey" to overcome self-doubt and limiting beliefs. Sharing journal and color therapy pages on Instagram, paired with song clips, brought me joy and fulfillment. During this time, I connected with singer-songwriter Matt Heath from Lights Follow, whose inspirational music became central to my posts.
I proposed a collaboration, and Matt, along with Torin Degnauts, created the song "Oh My, Oh My" for my business, Finch in a Fern. Our connection grew into a podcast, where we explore mental health in the creative community.
